How it all works…
Please take a minute to read the links and browse the faq’s below.

We will set up everything ready for your arrival, please arrive ten minutes before your session starts.
We recommend not eating for one hour before your session. Please stay hydrated before, during and after your session.
Please bring a towel (we provide one to sit on) and sandals - for walking from the changing hut to the sauna and cold-plunge

We have a changing hut next to the sauna where you can change and keep belongings.
There’s a washroom with toilet, shower and private changing cubicle.
We recommend arriving in swimwear.

You will be met by a member of our team who will show you how to use the sauna and regulate the heat.

Experience the rejuvenating benefits of hot and cold therapy, known as contrast therapy. Our saunas operate at a temperature range of 70–95 degrees Celsius.
During a one-hour session, you’ll complete three rounds, each lasting 10–15 minutes in the sauna, followed by an invigorating cold plunge or bucket shower.

Something softens and shifts during a sauna session. We invite you to linger after your sauna, take in the views, and slowly get ready to carry on with your day.

We recommend arriving fifteen minutes early so we can show you everything and help you get the most out of your sauna experience.
If you arrive wearing your swimwear underneath your clothes, you can get in the sauna faster. There is a changing room by the sauna where you can leave your clothes.The most important thing is to go slowly, breathe and listen to your body.
We recommend spending around 15 minutes in the sauna, followed by time outside in the cold.
You can just stand in the fresh air, tip a bucket of cold water over your head or take a cold plunge.
For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to operate the fire. We'll show you how to add water to the hot stones to create steam (löyly).

On arrival park in the main car park and walk down the driveway towards the white farm house where we will meet you.
After the farmhouse turn right and take the gravel path down through the field to the sauna.
You can change and leave your belongings by the sauna.

Yes. There is a large car park as you enter the driveway.
Please drive slowly.
If you are driving towards the white farm hosue you have gone too far :) .

Please bring one towel to dry your sefl with, we provide one sauna towel to sit on.

We have a private shelter next to the sauna with communal changing.
We have a washroom close to the car park where there is a private changing cubicle, a toilet and shower. But it is still quite a long walk down to the sauna from there. (Approx 100m)
You can leave your belongings in the shelter next to the sauna.

As you walk down the driveway from the car park, after 40m you will see the entrance through the hedge on your right.
